In Motifray, everything that you do as a creator, designer, account manager or creative director, you do for your customers. The customer is a focal point of all project’s activities and is addressee of the project outcome(s).
A Team in Motifray is a group of users working in the same organization as you (your co-workers). Team members are assigned to customer accounts (becoming an account team members) and to individual projects (becoming project team members). There are two roles defined in Motifray: regular user and Motif manager.
Regular users have access to the clients and projects which they are team members of.

Motifray Managers have access to all clients and projects of your organization workspace.
Each tile (or row in the table view) represents an individual user (co-worker) in your organization. Basic information about the user profile (Name, email address, phone number, projects’ assignment) is presented on the user card (or row in the table view).
The Project Works tab shows works (project outcomes) the select user created during their engagements in customer projects.
Users can publish any work in their personal portfolio. The doesnt have to be directly related to the projects they have done for your organization. Users can and should build their personal portfolio out of all the works that define them as creators and they are proud of. It's the perfect place to showcase user’s unique skills and talent.
To view the personal portfolio of the individual user click the Personal Portfolio tab.
User’s customer accounts view shows all customers the user is an account team member of.
User’s projects assignment view shows all projects (active and closed) the user is a project team member of.
In the Active Projects tab, all active projects the user is currently engaged in as a project team member are listed. In the Closed Projects tab, all closed projects the user was engaged in as a project team member are listed.
