My Library

My Library is your personal library for works and designs that are not directly related to clients' projects. It is a perfect place to store your personal works and (if needed) share them with other team members in your organization.

In My Library, you can manage folders, files, and collections the same way you manage them in the project library. To learn more about managing folders, files and collections in a project library, go to the Project Library documentation. It works almost identically in My Library.

However, there are some differences in the operation of files, directories, and collections in the My Library and in the project library. These differences concern in particular:

• In My Library, you can grant other team members in your organization read / write access to your folders. You cannot grant other users access to folders in the project library.
• Collections created in My Library, you can only share with team members in your organization. My Library collections cannot be shared externally with customer contacts.
