A Project collection is a critical component of Motifray philosophy. This is the only medium through which you communicate with your clients and deliver the results of your project to them.
My Library is your personal library for works and designs that are not directly related to clients' projects. It is a perfect place to store your personal works and (if needed) share them with other team members in your organization.
In My Library, you can manage folders, files, and collections the same way you manage them in the project library. To learn more about managing folders, files and collections in a project library, go to the Project Library documentation. It works almost identically in My Library.
However, there are some differences in the operation of files, directories, and collections in the My Library and in the project library. These differences concern in particular:

Other team members in your organization can share their My Library folders with you. Folder sharing is a great tool for the internal exchange of ideas and designs that are not directly related to a client's project.
When you don't need anymore approval for a specified file (you previously requested the approval for), you can cancel the request for it.
